“There is only one success – to be able to spend your life in your own way.” (by Christopher Morley) Love this so much! (I think I’m going to steal this to be my mantra for a while ;-))

For most of us, it is usually not that simple to leave everything behind and just walk away and start doing only things that make our heart smile…our lives are interweaved with lives of others and it is important to learn how to live in harmony with other beings and develop qualities like compassion, patience, tolerance and acceptance…at the same time I think it is as important to remember that we are unique beings and what may work for another person may not necessarily work for us…and if it doesn’t work for us, we need to know that WE can change that…we can make the step forward and decide if something brings us enough value to keep it or whether we can do something about it to feel more whole, free and happy…

I find that sometimes we stay in one spot just because it may feel comfortable but it may not necessarily bring us joy…and also it is so hard to let go of the familiar because the fear usually kicks in and tells us that things could be worse and that we actually have a “good life”…it’s been some time ago when I heard something along these lines “whenever you feel fearful, you need to move forward”…for me it has done wonders…as a Sagittarius, I have a huge need to feel free and fear kills the freedom…it is not easy to always move forward and sometimes things may not turn out wonderfully…but I feel no matter how things turn out, if for better or worse (and they usually turn out for better), staying still in a place of comfort but without feeling alive, may be worse than reaching for that change…💜
