Yoga Studio at Medlow Bath

Hi lovely yogis,

Some of you already know but just in case you didn’t see me in classes or elsewhere last week, I wanted to let you know that I have found a beautiful place for us to practice on Wednesday nights and Friday mornings…YAY 😁It’s a gorgeous yoga studio at Medlow Bath (The Yoga Shed at Medlow) with a fireplace and with peaceful serene surroundings. When I got there last week to check it out, straight away I felt in love…💛 I felt really comfortable and peaceful in the space and I knew it was the right place to help to create beautiful classes and for you leaving the classes content, happy and smiling…🙏😊 so yeah, I know it’s a bit further away but believe me, you will love it and your body and mind will thank you for a practice among the trees 🌿🌳🌞 I can’t wait to start teaching there with my first class after returning from my holiday on Wednesday the 16th of January.
